1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WinPKR App platform — whether through a web browser on a desktop computer, a mobile phone or any other device — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and WinPKR App.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use any part of the WinPKR App platform. Continuing to browse the platform or placing any real-money PKR bet constitutes acceptance of these terms as they stand at the time of that activity.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and WinPKR App. You should read all three documents before registering.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open a WinPKR App account and use the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be the individual whose details you provide during registration. You may not register an account on behalf of another person.

Until verification is complete, we may place a hold on withdrawal requests. We take underage gambling seriously and any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately.

3. Your Account

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WinPKR App login credentials — your username, password and any other authentication information associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity.

Account Closure

WinPKR App may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances, among others:

• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Operating more than one account
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, WinPKR App reserves the right to void any outstanding bonus balance and, depending on the nature of the violation, to withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. WinPKR App will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any dormancy policy is applied to your account. Any real-money PKR balance in a dormant account will be handled in accordance with applicable policy at the time, details of which will be communicated directly to the account holder.

4. Deposits

All deposits on WinPKR App are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly
• Raast — Pakistan's interbank instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct PKR transfers from Pakistan bank accounts
• Cards and other mobile wallets — additional PKR payment options as made available

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of deposit. WinPKR App does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — those are outside our control.

WinPKR App only accepts deposits from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method linked to your account. Before a withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account identity verification must be complete
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully met
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold in force at the time
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigation or suspension

6. Bonuses & Promotions

WinPKR App offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and may be held in a separate bonus wallet until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered across eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money PKR balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute at a higher rate than table games or live casino games. Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• WinPKR App reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, provided this does not unfairly affect players who have already accepted and are actively working through a bonus.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including through multi-accounting, coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering, or use of prohibited software — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.

7. Gameplay Rules

All casino games, live casino tables, fish games and crash games on WinPKR App are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand a game's rules before placing real PKR bets. General gameplay terms include:

• All game outcomes on WinPKR App are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in a studio environment.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are binding. Once a round has begun and your bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault — disconnection, server error or other platform issue — WinPKR App will restore the round to its last known valid state where technically possible. Outstanding round results will be resolved based on the game's RNG outcome or, for live games, the dealer's physical result.
• WinPKR App does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a player's own internet connectivity issues.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on all games and are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed.

8. Sports Betting Rules

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed — always check the final odds on your bet slip before confirming.
• A bet is not valid until you receive a confirmation reference in your account. If no confirmation is received, the bet should be treated as not placed.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed beyond a specified period, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market type as published in the Betting section.
• In-play betting is available on selected events. In-play odds update in real time and a bet is valid only once confirmed by the system at the current available odds.
• WinPKR App reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market at any time without prior notice.
• Any bet found to have been placed with knowledge of the result (match-fixing, insider information) will be voided and the account reviewed.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on WinPKR App. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule
• Providing false identity, age or payment information during registration or verification
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to interact with the platform in a way not available to regular players
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform glitches to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error may be voided
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to manipulate outcomes
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering or other financial crime
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes that are not genuinely fraudulent transactions
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or WinPKR App's internal systems without authorisation

10. Privacy & Data

WinPKR App collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy. In summary:
